Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění SAP licencí, subscription a maintenance pro připravovaný projekt implementace systému SAP S/4HANA. Zadavatel v návaznosti na výsledek provedených předběžných tržních konzultací nastavil zadávací řízení tak, aby dodavatelé podávali nabídku, která bude obsahovat dvě řešení, a to: • Hybridní řešení - Hybridní provozní model SAP prostředí o kombinace on-premise licencí a cloudových služeb, o součástí řešení je SAP BW/BW4HANA provozované v on-premise modelu. (dále jen „Hybridní řešení“) • Cloudové řešení - Cloudový provozní model SAP prostředí o cloudový model založený na SAP Cloud ERP Private Edition, o součástí řešení je SAP BW/BW4HANA provozované v on-premise modelu. (dále jen „Cloudové řešení“) Detailní specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena v Příloze č. 3a ZD - „Smlouvy - Hybridní řešení“ (dále jen „Smlouvy pro Hybridní řešení“) a v Příloze č. 3b ZD - „Smlouvy - Cloudové řešení“ (dále jen „Smlouvy pro Cloudové řešení“) (Smlouvy pro Hybridní řešení a Smlouvy pro Cloudové řešení společně dále jen „Smlouvy“). Zadavatel pro bližší specifikaci předmětu plnění taktéž odkazuje na tabulku pro zpracování nabídkové ceny pro Hybridní řešení, jež tvoří přílohu č. 2 této ZD (dále jen „Tabulka pro Hybridní řešení“) a tabulku pro zpracování nabídkové ceny pro Cloudové řešení, jež tvoří přílohu č. 2 této ZD (dále jen „Tabulka pro Cloudové řešení“) (Tabulka pro Hybridní řešení a Tabulka pro Cloudové řešení společně dále jen „Tabulky pro zpracování nabídkové ceny“) které obsahují přehled produktů požadovaných zadavatelem.
