Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody na 4 roky na zajištění přístupu a práva užívání on-line služeb, a to Microsoft 365 Apps, v rámci licenčního programu Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) pro potřeby zadavatele. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena bez obnovení soutěže s jedním dodavatelem. Zadávání jednotlivých veřejných zakázek dle rámcové dohody bude probíhat formou objednávek. Podrobněji jsou požadavky na předmět plnění uvedeny v zadávací dokumentaci, zejména v její příloze č. 1 (Technické podmínky - specifikace požadovaného plnění) a v příloze č. 3 (Obchodní podmínky - závazný vzor Rámcové dohody).
