Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění datové komunikace rámci sítě kolektorů. Cílem datové komunikace je zajištění spolehlivého spojení mezi různými stanicemi, konkrétně Procesní stanicí, Komunikační stanicí, OPC Serverem a InTouch systémem. Zadavatel požaduje zajištění garantované servisní dostupnosti 99,5 %, stanovená metrikami: maximální RTT ≤ 10 ms, jitter ≤ 6 ms, ztrátovost ≤ 0,1 %; Reakční dobu při poruše do 8 hodin od nahlášení, nonstop HelpDesk a servis 24×7 (technici vstupují do prostor kolektorů pouze za doprovodu pracovníka Kolektory Praha, a.s.); Plánovaná údržba musí být oznámena minimálně 2 dny dopředu a nepočítá se do výpočtu SLA; měření parametrů linky provádí zadavatel.
