Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka průtokového cytometru s vyhodnocovacím softwarem a řídícím a middleware počítačem (dále také jen „přístroj“, „zboží“, „zdravotnický/é prostředek/dky“ nebo jen „ZP“), zajištění záručních činností pro Ústav klinické imunologie a alergologie, kliniku zadavatele (dále také jen „UKIA“), na základě kupní a servisní smlouvy, za podmínek stanovených v zadávací dokumentaci. Součástí předmětu této veřejné zakázky je dále: • Zajištění pozáručních činností zboží na dobu neurčitou, na základě kupní a servisní smlouvy, za podmínek stanovených v zadávací dokumentaci. Nabízené zboží musí být uvedeno na trh v souladu s platnými právními předpisy, tj. nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2017/745 (resp. nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2017/746), případně v souladu s příslušnými přechodnými ustanoveními těchto nařízení a zákonem č. 375/2022 Sb., o zdravotnických a diagnostických zdravotnických prostředcích in vitro, v platném znění. Musí být dodáno nové, nepoužité a nerepasované zboží, se zárukou min. 24 měsíců. V předložené nabídce (a tedy i nabídkové ceně) musí být zahrnuto dodání, nastěhování, uvedení zboží do provozu, připojení k datové síti zadavatele, provedení instalační kalibrace, validace, montáž/instalace a instruktáž/zaškolení personálu dle zákona č. 375/2022 Sb., o zdravotnických prostředcích a diagnostických zdravotnických prostředcích in vitro - dále také jen „o zdravotnických prostředcích“. Pokud výrobce z jakýchkoliv důvodů a jakýmkoliv způsobem omezil životnost nabízeného zboží, nesmí být toto omezení na dobu kratší než 120 měsíců od uvedení do provozu a předání zadavateli. Zboží musí být bez vad faktických i právních. Předmět veřejné zakázky musí splňovat veškeré požadavky na něj kladené zákonnými předpisy České republiky a dále požadavky uvedené v této zadávací dokumentaci.
