Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou dodávka a montáž nového systému kompresorového chlazení (čpavkového) včetně systému využití odpadního tepla z kompresorů pro přípravu teplé užitkové vody (TUV), tj. náhrada stávajícího centrálního čpavkového systému chlazení; zajištění a instalace dočasného náhradního zdroje chladu vč. dočasných trubních systémů chlazení ledové vody po dobu rekonstrukce strojovny a jejich připojení na stávající spotřebiče ledové vody a zprovoznění systému náhradního chlazení; úplná odstávka čpavkového chladicího zařízení, demontáž ocelových potrubních rozvodů ledové vody, kompletní demontáž stávajícího čpavkového chladicího zařízení pro stavební práce ve strojovně; instalace nového zařízení strojovny čpavkového chlazení vč. nového kondenzátoru, vč. napojení na nový rozvod ledové vody; montáž části elektroinstalace a MaR, montáž potrubního rozvodu propylenglykolu pro chladírny vč. chladičů v chladírenských místnostech; uvedení nového čpavkového chlazení do provozu, ukončení provozu náhradních chladicích jednotek, demontáž dočasného trubního systému ledové vody; postupná demontáž freonových chladičů v zachlazovně a jejich náhrada vzduchovými chladiči chlazenými propylenglykolem; demontáž stávajících freonových chladicích jednotek vč. odsátí a likvidace chladiva. Předmět veřejné zakázky je detailně specifikován v zadávací dokumentaci, zejména v jejích přílohách - technické specifikaci a návrhu smlouvy.
