Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka souprav bezosádkových vzdušných systémů (Unmaned Aerial System - UAS), obsahujících bezpilotní letadla (Unmanned Aircraft - UA), s elektrickým pohonem, s rotujícími nosnými plochami, schopných kolmého startu i přistání (Vertical Take Off and Landing - VTOL) (dále jen “zboží“). Zboží bude dodáváno ve třech variantách dle letových schopností, rozměrů a požadovaných parametrů Varianta A - v této variantě bude požadováno dodání 42 souprav UAS s těmito základními požadavky na UA: provozní hmotnost max. 19 000 g, letová výdrž min. 50 minut.; Varianta C - v této variantě bude požadováno dodání 1 soupravy upoutaného UAS se schopností i samostatného letu bez upoutání, a to s těmito základními požadavky na UA: max. provozní hmotnost 19 000 g, letová výdrž při upoutání min. 4 hod. a při odpoutání min. 40 min.; Varianta B - v této variantě bude požadováno dodání min. 400 souprav UAS s těmito základními požadavky na UA: provozní hmotnost max. 2 500 g, letová výdrž min. 25 minut.
