Předmětem veřejné zakázky je modernizace a rozvoj funkcionalit nemocničního informačního systému (NIS), laboratorního systému (LIS), systému patologie (PAT), systému transfuzní služby (TS), banky biologického materiálu (BBM), systému archivace zdravotnické dokumentace v elektronické podobě (DEA) a Portálu pacienta v oblastech standardizace elektronické zdravotnické dokumentace, implementace identifikátorů elektronického zdravotnictví z kmenových registrů a využívání referenčních údajů z kmenových registrů a centrálních služeb elektronického zdravotnictví a služeb výměnných sítí pro obousměrné zpřístupnění záznamů elektronické zdravotnické dokumentace oprávněným příjemcům prostřednictvím informačních a telekomunikačních technologií systému, a dále dodávka integračních rozhraní a služeb pro eHealth. Součástí dodávky je i napojení na infrastrukturu systémů a služeb Akreditované afinitní domény (AAfD) a zajištění obousměrné komunikace, rozvoj přeshraniční komunikace prostřednictvím Národního kontaktního bodu pro eHealth (NCPeH) a napojení na elektronické služby a registry Integrovaného datového rozhraní zdravotnictví (IDRR) a poskytnutí a poskytování souvisejících služeb v rozsahu a za podmínek uvedených v příloze 2 zadávací dokumentace.
