Description

Dodání, instalace a implementace programových prostředků (dále též „SW“) k programovému řešení SIEM. Zadavatel požaduje dodávku systému, který bude schopen pokrýt oblasti pro sběr a následné vyhodnocování provozních a bezpečnostních událostí s ohledem na kybernetickou bezpečnosti s důrazem na konsolidaci a analýzu provozních událostí v reálném čase. Zadavatel veřejné zakázky je ve vyšším režimu povinností s ohledem na ZoKB, tj. zákon č. 264/2025 Sb. a musí systémem naplnit požadavky, které plynou z vyhláška č. 409/2025 Sb.. Systém zároveň musí umožnovat rozšíření o další funkcionality, zaměřené automatizaci vzniklých bezpečnostní událostí a další. Součástí předmětu plnění je zejména: • Dodávka software a maintenance k programovému řešení SIEM a dodávka souvisejících licencí formou ročního předplatného včetně podpory (nikoli trvalé licence). • Poskytování implementačních a konzultačních služeb spočívajících v rozvojových službách bezpečnostního systému SIEM, upgradu softwarových produktů SIEM, podpoře a rozvoji stávajících a nových integrací. • Servis, údržba, podpora vč. aktualizace systému SIEM • Školení uživatelů vč. uživatelského manuálu SIEM řešení musí splňovat požadavky objednatele uvedené v příloze č. 1 - Požadavky objednatele a technická specifikace SIEM a v příloze č. 2 - Návrh smlouvy zadávací dokumentace.
