Předmětem veřejných zakázek na služby zadávaných v dynamickém nákupním systému bude vytyčení a stabilizace vlastnických hranic pozemků po provedených komplexních pozemkových úpravách v katastrálních územích ve Zlínském kraji, ve smyslu ust. § 12 odst. 2, zákona č. 139/2002 Sb. o pozemkových úpravách a pozemkových úřadech, v platném znění. Geodetické práce a výsledky jednotlivých zakázek pak musí odpovídat Zákonu o katastru nemovitostí č. 256/2013 Sb., (katastrální zákon), v platném znění a Vyhlášce o katastru nemovitostí č. 357/2013 Sb., (katastrální vyhláška), v platném znění.
