Description

Předmětem smlouvy je zpracování projektových dokumentací v souladu s platnou právní úpravou zadávacích řízení pro výběr zhotovitelů samotné stavby (zákonem č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a prováděcích předpisů), a to dokumentace ve stupni dokumentace pro vydání společného povolení záměru (DPZ), projektová dokumentace provozních souborů, dokumentace pro provádění stavby (DPS) včetně všech potřebných průzkumů. Dále je předmětem zakázky výkon inženýrské činnosti a autorský dozor. V rámci stupně DPZ je zhotovitel povinen zpracovat a odevzdat souhrnný rozpočet stavby (propočet nákladů) ve formě agregovaných položek a stavebních objektů, který bude splňovat veškeré náležitosti metodických pokynů programu IROP pro fázi podání žádosti o dotaci. Součástí plnění je rovněž odborné posouzení potřeby využití institutu předběžné informace podle § 174 zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon. V případě, že objednatel rozhodne o jejím využití, je zhotovitel povinen zajistit její zpracování a podání.
