Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vypracování projektové dokumentace včetně architektonické studie, kdy záměrem je demolice stávajícího objektu L a následná novostavba pavilonu L s napojením na pavilon CH, který bude rovněž předmětem stavebních úprav a dále zřízení urgentního a centrálního příjmu v 1. NP stávajícího pavilonu G v areálu Oblastní nemocnice Jičín (viz příloha č. 6 - situace stávajícího stavu) v souladu s platnou legislativou a metodickým pokynem pro zřízení a vedení urgentních příjmů poskytovatele akutní lůžkové péče. V rámci zřízení urgentního a centrálního příjmu bude navržen i prostor k observaci bezpečnostně rizikových pacientů před, během a po vyšetření, tzv. bezpečná místnost. Součástí předmětu bude i projektová dokumentace interiéru a vybavení (tj. zejména nábytku, IT, zdravotnické technologie, informačního systému a dalšího nezbytného vybavení pro zdravotnické a ostatní provozy). Součástí plnění je také Informační model stavby (Building Information Model) (dále jen „IMS“) a jeho pravidelné aktualizace v souladu, v rozsahu a za podmínek uvedených v BIM protokolu a jeho příloh.
