Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni DPZ (dokumentace pro povolení záměru) na základě zpracované dokumentace „Kociánka - napřímení a úprava zastávek - prověřovací studie“. Dále je předmětem zpracování PDPS (projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby) a provedení AD (autorského dozoru) pro investiční záměr „Kociánka, Menšíkova - úprava komunikací, rekonstrukce a rozšíření komunikací a související infrastruktury“, ve statutárním městě Brně, městské části Brno-Královo Pole, v oblasti Sadová - Zaječí hora, konkrétně v ulicích: Peskova, Křivého, Högrova, Kumpostova, Menšíkova, Jarmily Kurandové, Vlasty Fialové, Kociánka, Na kopcích, Gustava Broma a v přilehlém území.
