Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace (dále jen „PD“) pro odstranění stavby, pro povolení záměru,pro provedení záměru a pro výběr zhotovitele stavby), novostavby Multifunkčního vědeckého objektu E, Areál Sádky - SO 384 umístěného v areálu Biologického centra AV ČR, Na Sádkách č.p. 702/7, 370 05 České Budějovice, včetně zpracování PENB či PHPP (Passive House Planning Package), energetického posudku, zajištění vydání příslušných povolení záměru a odstranění stavby. Součástí bude i součinnost při výběru zhotovitele stavby a následný (autorský) dozor projektanta a další spolupráce po dokončení stavby.
