Description

Předmětem soutěže je získat co nejkvalitnější návrh urbanistického řešení území tržnice a bývalého autobusového nádraží v Olomouci včetně návrhu přestupního uzlu. Urbanistické řešení doplní hradební okruh a vytvoří kvalitní systém veřejných prostranství v návaznosti na historické jádro města. Návrh by měl vhodně propojit sousední urbanistické celky, citlivě pracovat s historickými vrstvami území, představit udržitelnou koncepci rozvoje a přiměřeně reagovat na technické, dopravní, vlastnické a památkové limity a požadavky území. Zvolený návrh bude následně rozpracován do podoby územní studie dle §67 a následujících Stavebního zákona. Detailní popis předmětu Soutěže a požadavky Zadavatele jsou obsaženy v příloze P.01 Zadání.
