Předmětem soutěže je zpracování architektonického návrhu adaptace budovy bývalého obchodního střediska v Peruci (Komenského č.p. 312) na společensko-kulturní centrum. Součástí návrhu je i řešení části přilehlého veřejného prostranství při křížení ulic Komenského a Nádražní.
