Het transportriool in de Ravenhorsterweg en Jaspersweg is de aorta voor de afvoer van afvalwater uit het noordelijke gedeelte van Winterswijk. Uit de rioolinspectie, uitgevoerd in 2023, blijkt dat het riool plaatselijk in slechte staat verkeerd. Omdat vervanging van het transportriool te ingrijpend is voor de omgeving en voor het waarborgen van de afvalwaterafvoer, heeft de gemeente Winterswijk ervoor gekozen om de riolering en enkele inspectieputten van binnenuit te renoveren. Deze aanbesteding is gericht op het ontwerpen en realiseren van de renovatie van het transportriool en de inspectieputten. Renoveren van circa 614 m1 betonriool Ø1500mm en 2 inspectieputten.
