Art der Leistung Gegenstand ist eine schalltechnische Untersuchung, Planung und gegebenenfalls Begleitung der Ertüchtigung der Verdunstungskühltürme des Kältewerks der Universität Bielefeld, um die geltenden Schallimmissionsgrenzwerte einzuhalten. Umfang der Leistung Im ersten Projektteil soll ein Konzept zur schalltechnischen Optimierung, insbesondere der bestehenden Marley-Verdunstungskühltürme, erstellt werden. Der zweite Projektteil (optional und abhängig vom Ergebnis des ersten Teils) umfasst die Ausführungsplanung und Vergabevorbereitung. Hierzu gehören die Erstellung eines Leistungsverzeichnisses, erforderlicher Zeichnungen, die Unterstützung bei der Vergabe sowie die technische Begleitung der Umsetzung. Im dritten Projektteil ist im Hinblick auf die geplante Modernisierung der Kälteerzeugung zu prüfen, ob künftig vorgesehene luftgekühlte Kältemaschinen und hybride bzw. adiabatische Rückkühlwerke auf dem Dach des Kältewerks unter Einhaltung der am Standort geltenden Schallimmissionsgrenzwerte realisierbar sind.
