Description

Die Besprechungskabinen sollen als freistehende Raum-in-Raum-Systeme in Verwaltungsstandorten der Stadt Zürich zum Einsatz kommen. Die Kabinen dienen als flexible Rückzugsorte für konzentriertes Arbeiten, vertrauliche Gespräche, Telefonate sowie Videokonferenzen innerhalb bestehender Büroflächen. Die Leistung umfasst einerseits die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Funktionsprüfung von modularen Besprechungskabinen für eine bis vier Personen inklusive Möblierung, Elektrifizierung etc. während der dreijährigen Vertragslaufzeit und der optionalen zweijährigen Vertragsverlängerung und andererseits der Verpflichtung zur Demontage, Einlagerung sowie zum Wiederaufbau sowie Servicedienstleistungen während 5 Jahren. Die angebotenen Produkte müssen den definierten Anforderungen hinsichtlich Akustik, Belüftung, Beleuchtung, Sicherheit, Nachhaltigkeit und Bewirtschaftung entsprechen.
