Supply and installation of meeting booths (Lot 1 and Lot 2)

The City of Zurich is procuring freestanding room-in-room meeting booths for its administrative sites. The booths will serve as flexible retreat spaces for focused work, confidential conversations, phone calls and video conferences within existing office areas. The contract covers delivery, assembly, commissioning and function testing of modular booths for one to four people, including furniture and electrics, during a three-year term with an optional two-year extension. It also includes dismantling, storage, reassembly and service work for five years. Products must meet requirements on acoustics, ventilation, lighting, safety, sustainability and facility management.
