Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка са „доставки на стоки, осъществявани чрез покупки” по смисъла на чл.3, ал.1, т.2 от Закона за обществените поръки („ЗОП“) с наименование: „ПЕРИОДИЧНИ ДОСТАВКИ НА ХРАНИТЕЛНИ ПРОДУКТИ (ПРЕСНИ ПЛОДОВЕ И ЗЕЛЕНЧУЦИ) ЗА НУЖДИТЕ НА ДОМ ЗА СТАРИ ХОРА“. Изпълнението се осъществява е чрез периодични доставки в съответствие с предварително подадени заявки франко складовата база на Дом за стари хора ("ДСХ"). Видовете и индикативните количества хранителни продукти, които следва да бъдат доставени от изпълнителя на база на получени от него заявки за доставки, са посочени в количествената сметка, неразделна част от техническата спецификация, съдържаща се в книга I, неразделна част от документацията за обществената поръчка. Прогнозни /индикативни/ количества на включените в обществената поръчка хранителни продукти, които следва да се доставят са, както следва: Банани - 420 кг; Грозде - 320 кг; Дини - 600 кг; Домати пресни - 500 кг; Зеле прясно - 2500 кг; Зелен фасул - 320 кг; Кайсии - 320 кг; Картофи - 5000 кг; Киви - 160 кг; Краставици - 400 кг; Лимони - 40 кг; Лук кромид - 1300 кг; Лук кромид - пресен, връзка - 400 вр.; лук чеснов - 40 кг; Магданоз - пресен, връзка - 100 вр.; Копър - пресен, връзка - 60 вр.; Мандарини - 200 кг; Маруля - 200 кг; Моркови - 780 кг; Портокали - 450 кг; Праз лук - 350 кг; Праскови - 200 кг; Пъпеш - 200 кг; Спанак - 240 кг; Тиквички - 500 кг; Пипер пресен /чушки - 500 кг; Ябълки - 500 кг; Тиква - 700 кг; Круши - 100 кг; Череши - 120 кг; Сливи - 50 кг; Репички - 40 кг; Гъби пресни - 100 кг; Патладжани - 130 кг; Броколи - 40 кг; Карфиол - 40 кг; Ягоди - 100 кг; Нектарини - 100 кг; Грейпфрут - 80 кг; Червено цвекло - 20 кг; Айсберг - 30 кг; Смокини - 50 кг. Посочените количества са прогнозни и са уговорени в полза на възложителя. Възложителят заплаща на изпълнителя единствено действително заявените и доставени количества хранителни продукти.
