Предметът на обществената поръчка е „Почистване на улици, тротоари и места за обществено ползване и локални замърсявания на територията на Община град Добрич“, с граници на отделните райони както следва: Район I: Територията на запад от бул. „25-ти септември“, на север от бул. „Добруджа”, на запад от бул. „Добричка епопея”, на север от трасе на жп линия, Западна крайградска зона, Западна граница на жилищна зона Север-3, Околовръстен път „Промишлена зона Север“ и включително кв. Рилци. Обемът на площите, подлежащи на почистване е както следва: 300 000 до 350 000 кв. м. площ на улиците, 120 000 до 150 000 кв. м. площ на тротоарите и пешеходните зони. Район II: Територията на изток от бул. „25-ти септември“, на север от бул. „Добруджа” и Околовръстен път „Балик“. Обемът на площите, подлежащи на почистване е както следва: 190 000 до 250 000 кв. м. площ на улиците, 80 000 до 100 000 кв. м. площ на тротоарите и пешеходните зони. Район III: Територията на юг от бул. „Добруджа“, Околовръстен път „Дружба“, Околовръстен път „Добротица“, на изток от бул. „25-ти септември“, ул. „Ген. Гурко“ и на изток от ул. „Отец Паисий“. Обемът на площите, подлежащи на почистване е както следва: 190 000 до 200 000 кв. м. площ на улиците, 70 000 до 80 000 кв. м. площ на тротоарите и пешеходните зони. Район IV: Територията на юг от бул. „Добруджа“, на изток от бул. „Добричка епопея“, северните граници на Градски парк „Св. Георги“, бул. „Трети март“, бул. „25-ти септември“, ул. „Ген .Гурко” и на запад от ул. „Отец Паисий“. Обемът на площите, подлежащи на почистване е както следва: 160 000 до 200 000 кв. м. площ на улиците, 120 000 до 160 000 кв. м. площ на тротоарите и пешеходните зони. Район V: Територията на запад от бул. „25-ти септември“, местност „Гаази баба“. Обемът на площите, подлежащи на почистване е както следва: 8 000 до 10 000 кв. м. площ на улиците, 5 000 до 7 000 кв. м. площ на тротоарите и пешеходните зони.
