Поръчката има за цел да осигури нормална проходимост и безопасна експлоатация на общинските и местни пътища за работа при зимни условия и се изпълнява при спазване на Наредба №РД-02-20-19 от 12.11.2012 г. за поддържане и текущ ремонт на пътищата, действащите технически правила и норми, указанията и инструкциите на АПИ и приложимата законова уредба. 1. Ниво на зимно поддържане: - изисквания към експлотационното състояние на платното за движение при снегопочистване - допустима дебелина на снежната покривка по време на снеговалеж до 10 см. - изисквания към експлотационно състояние на платното за движение след провеждане на снегопочистването и дейностите за предпазване от заледявания; - наличието на уплътнен пласт върху пътното покритие се допуска по цялата дължина на пътя на места с неравна повърхност на уплътнения снежен пласт; - състояния на повърхността на платното за движение - опесъчена пътна повърхност в участъци с трудни условия за движение; - максимален срок за провеждане на мероприятия за борба със зимната хлъзгавост по пътя - 8 часа. 2. Дейности: - Почистване от сняг на пътната настилка с различна ширина. - Разчистване на снежни валове върху банкетите; - Разчистване на снегонавявания с дебелина над 60 см. - Опесъчаване на пътната настилка; - Обработка на пътната настилка с луга. Специализираната техника следва да е оборудвана с GPS проследяващи устройства с възможност за проследяване маршрута и времето на престой.
