Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка включва: - доставка на оборудване, инсталиране и интегрирането му, проектиране и изграждане на 5 (пет) броя СЛ (сензорни линии) около 30,4 км. за наблюдение на участъци от българо-турската граница; -разширяване на 1 (един) Регионален координационен център и на ЛКЦ Елхово, както и обновяване на ЛКЦ - Свиленград чрез преместването му в ново помещение в същата сграда, съгласно изискванията посочени в ТС включително и интегриране на СПТН „Кръста“ в състава на ИСН 1, обучение на служители за работа, обслужване и администриране на оборудването и извършване на гаранционна поддръжка; - следгаранционна поддръжка на Интегрирана система за наблюдение на българо-турската граница в участъка от ГКПП Капитан Андреево до ГКПП Лесово - ИСН 1, включваща останалите елементи от ИСН 1, които не влизат в новоизградените 5 бр. СЛ, а именно: - периметрова сигнално-охранителна система - 21 бр. (6 бр. по поречието на р. Марица и 15 бр. в дълбочина); - стационарен пост за техническо наблюдение (СПТН) - 7 бр.; - локален координационен център (ЛКЦ) - 2 бр.; - регионален координационен център (РКЦ) - 1 бр.; - мобилна система за наблюдение (МСН) - 5 бр.; - комуникационна система, свързваща всички изградени елементи. - обучение на служители за работа, обслужване и администриране на оборудването; - извършване на гаранционна поддръжка. Изискванията на възложителя относно обхвата на дейностите, предмет на обществената поръчка, са посочени подробно в техническата спецификация (Приложение № 1) към документацията за участие.
