Предметът на обществената поръчка е цялостна реконструкция и рехабилитация на ул.,,Професор Владимир Шкодров''в участъка от ул. ,,Университетска'' до ул.,,Професор Рашо Рашев''в гр.Шумен, с дължина 349,07 м.; Етап 1 ,,Рехабилитация на ул. ,,Професор Владимир Шкодров'' от км.0+060 до км.0+160, с цел подобряване на транспортно-експлоатационните качества на пътната инфраструктура, повишаване на безопасността на движението, осигуряване на ефективно отводняване и удължаване на експлоатационния живот на настилките. В обхвата на поръчката се включват дейности по възстановяване и подмяна на пътните настилки, ремонт и изграждане на тротоари и бордюри, подобряване на отводнителните съоръжения, възстановяване и/или изграждане на пътна маркировка и сигнализация, както и всички съпътстващи строително-монтажни работи, необходими за привеждане на уличната и пътната мрежа в съответствие с действащите технически и нормативни изисквания. Обществената поръчка включва изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи съгласно одобрен инвестиционен проект във фаза „Технически проект“, заедно с количествено-стойностни сметки по всяка проектна част поотделно. Всички дейности, включени в предмета на обществената поръчка, както и изискванията за тяхното изпълнение, са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация на Възложителя - неразделна част от документацията по настоящата поръчка.
