В предмета на поръчката се включва изпълнението на всички строително-монтажни работи по одобрения технически инвестиционен проект и приложената количествена сметка за изграждане на нова улица с о.т. 767-950…958 (продължение на ул. „Цар Асен Велики“) и улица IV клас (продължение на улица с о.т. 957-958) с пътно кръстовище за връзка с общински път BGS 1220, заедно със съпътстващата ги техническа инфраструктура, а именно: пътни работи - земни работи (скален изкоп, насипи), фрезоване на съществуваща асфалтова настилка, полагане на геомрежа, основни пластове от несортиран трошен камък, бетонови бордюри, тротоари от бетонови павета, тръбен водосток Ф1000, облицован окоп, бетонова регула и асфалтови пластове (основен AC 31,5, долен/биндер AC 16 и износващ AC 12,5), в т.ч. допълнителни ленти за завиване, острови и преасфалтиране на главното направление в зоната на кръстовището с BGS 1220; постоянна вертикална сигнализация и хоризонтална маркировка, както и временна организация на движението за периода на строителството; ВиК - нов уличен водопроводен клон ПЕВП Ф90 с дължина 110 m с водовземане от съществуващ водопровод, спирателна арматура и надземен пожарен хидрант, и нов уличен канализационен клон PP DN/OD 315 с 2 бр. ревизионни шахти Ф1000, включително изпитвания, дезинфекция и видеозаснемане; Електро - улично осветление с 14 бр. стоманотръбни стълбове H = 9,5 m с LED осветители, кабелна мрежа НН, заземителни инсталации и табла, както и тръбна мрежа за кабели с 10 бр. кабелни шахти и 540 m защитни тръби Ф75. Подробното описание на видовете и количествата работи се съдържа в Техническата спецификация, инвестиционния проект и количествената сметка. За изпълнение на строежа са одобрени инвестиционни проекти по следните проектни части: „Пътна“, „Електрическа”, „ВиК“, „Геодезия“, „Пожарна безопасност“, ПБЗ, ПУСО, „Организация на движението (ОД и ВОД)“.
