Art der Leistung Beschaffung eines Dienstleisters zur Einlasskontrolle der Ämter im alten Rathaus Bahnhofsstr. 20 Umfang der Leistung Der Einsatz erfolgt montags bis freitags innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Verwaltung Montag 07:30 - 12:00, 14:00 - 16:00 Dienstag 07:30 - 12:00, 14:00 - 18:00 Mittwoch 07:30 - 12:00 Donnerstag 07:30 - 12:00, 14:00 - 16:00 Freitag 07:30 - 12:30 mit insgesamt 30,5 Wochenstunden. Der Einsatzort ist derzeit das Alte Rathaus, Bahnhofstraße 20, 50389 Wesseling. Aufgrund organisatorischer Veränderungen oder möglicher Umzüge behält sich die Stadt Wesseling vor, den Einsatzort innerhalb des Stadtgebietes Wesseling zu verlegen. Die kalkulierte Jahresleistung beträgt ca. 1.590 Stunden für die Zugangskontrolle. Darüber hinaus kann bei Bedarf zusätzliches Sicherheitspersonal stundenweise auf Abruf angefordert werden. Diese Einsätze dienen insbesondere der Begleitung und Absicherung von Gesprächen mit potenziell aggressiven oder konfliktbereiten Kundinnen und Kunden. Umfang und Häufigkeit dieser Einsätze richten sich nach dem tatsächlichen Bedarf der Auftraggeberin.
