Baucontrolling: Bestandteil des Baucontrollings ist insbesondere das Sicherstellen von Qualitäten und die Überwachung, sowie die Dokumentation des Baufortschrittes vor Ort. Das Baucontrolling prüft, ob die Bauleistungen mit den Vertragsunterlagen, der funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung, der Ausführungsplanung, den gesetzlichen Vorgaben und den anerkannten Regeln der Technik übereinstimmen. Darüber hinaus soll die Stadt Wesseling möglichst frühzeitig in Kenntnis gesetzt werden, wenn sich im Baufortschritt abzeichnet, dass der vertraglich festgesetzte Rahmenterminplan nicht mehr eingehalten werden kann. Auf diese Weise sollen potenzielle Projektrisiken minimiert und eine möglichst mängelfreie und termintreue Fertigstellung sichergestellt werden. Anhand von wöchentlichen Dokumentationen werden der Auftraggeberin alle wichtigen Entwicklungen auf der Baustelle aufgezeigt und zusammengefasst. Das zu beauftragende Unternehmen soll zudem in der Abnahmephase unterstützen und falls erforderlich die Mängelbeseitigung begleiten.
