Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Закупівля проводиться із застосуванням нульової ставки ПДВ, відповідно до постанови КМУ від 02.03.2022 № 178 «Деякі питання обкладання податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану». Право власності на Товар переходить від Постачальника до Замовника з дати передачі Товару Замовнику, що є датою підписання обома сторонами видаткових накладних на товар. Постачальник надає Товар, відповідно талонів отриманих Замовником, на автозаправних станціях на території Павлоградського району Дніпропетровської області та в кожній області України (крім окупованих територій) з цілодобовим режимом відпуску палива, без обмежень кількості. Строк поставки товару - з дати укладання договору до 01.10.2026 року. Придбання Товару здійснюється за рахунок коштів субвенції, наданої Головному управлінню Національної поліції в Дніпропетровській області відповідно до рішення Вербківської сільської ради 10.06.2026 року № 1765-72/VIII на виконання заходів Програми забезпечення публічної безпеки та правопорядку на території Вербківської сільської територіальної громади на 2024-2026 роки, затвердженої рішенням Вербківської сільської ради від 07 грудня 2023 року №911-40/VIII (зі змінами від 10 червня 2026 року №1763-72/ VIII) на 2026 рік.
