ОПЛАТА ЗА ТОВАР ЗДІСНЮЄТЬСЯ ПРОТЯГОМ 30 КАЛЕНДАРНИХ ДНІВ з дати підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар (талони) та набуття права на отримання Товару (талонів). При цьому право на отримання Товару (талонів) Замовник набуває з моменту передачі Постачальником Замовнику Товару (талонів) на пальне. Активація Товару (талонів) на пальне здійснюється Постачальником в день підписання (отримання ) Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар (талони). Фактом подання цінової пропозиції Учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженим з російської федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Відповідно до Постанови КМУ «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» від 12.10.2022р. №1178 (зі змінами) та у відповідності до Постанови КМУ " Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу" від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822 (зі змінами).
