Marché de services ayant pour objet l’assainissement des sols au droit de l’ancienne sucrerie de Genappe, sur base du projet d’assainissement (PA) précédemment élaboré par le bureau d’études ARIES CONSULTANTS et validé par l’Administration. Les prestations devront être réalisées dans le respect du Décret du 1er mars 2018 relatif à la gestion et à l’assainissement des sols. Ce marché comporte également des prestations relatives à l’évacuation de tas de matériaux hors-sol ainsi que la mise en œuvre de mesures compensatoires validées par le DNF et rendues nécessaires du fait de la présence d’espèces protégées au droit des zones de travail
