Le marché régi par le présent cahier spécial des charges a pour objet le nettoyage périodique des oeuvres d'art dans les stations existantes du réseau souterrain des transports en commun de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, ainsi que des interventions rapides pour l’enlèvement de graffiti sur certaines oeuvres d’art protégées ou non contre ces derniers et le renouvellement éventuel des protections anti-graffiti. Il s’agit de missions ponctuelles qui feront l’objet, dans chaque cas, d’une commande séparée basée sur le descriptif des postes à mettre en oeuvre et l’estimation des métrés à prester établis préalablement par le prestataire de service.
