Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor aanneming van diensten. Deze diensten hebben betrekking op de afvoer en de verwerking van grond en bagger- en ruimingsspecie, afkomstig van infrastructuur- en onderhoudswerken van de afdeling Regio Centraal. De doelstelling van deze opdracht is te kunnen beschikken over een contract voor de afvoer en verwerking van al dan niet vervuilde grond en bagger- en ruimingsspecie wanneer de noodzaak zich stelt. Dit contract moet een oplossing bieden voor partijen grond en bagger- en ruimingsspecie die om diverse redenen niet kunnen afgevoerd en verwerkt worden in de lopende en toekomstige infrastructuur- of onderhoudsbestekken van de aanbestedende overheid. Volgende handelingen kunnen deel uitmaken van de opdracht (niet-limitatief): - Opladen en transport van (vervuilde) grond/specie - Tijdelijke opslag van (vervuilde) grond/specie - Steekvast maken van (vervuilde) specie - Afvoer van grond/specie naar bergingslocatie van de aanbestedende overheid - Overname van herbruikbare grond/specie - Reiniging van vervuilde grond/specie - …
