Le périmètre de l’accord-cadre inclut de manière non-exhaustive : - D’une part des activités d’implémentation pour les modules concernés de la solution : o Analyse as is- to be ; o Configuration de la solution ; o Migration des données ; o Testing ; o Déploiement ; o Training users ; o Hypercare. - D’autre part des activités de support de ceux-ci : o Gestion des incidents, o Release management, Configurations de changements au système (demandés par ORES ou imposés par des changements de législation), o Transfert de connaissances/training … La durée prévue du présent accord-cadre est de 8 ans 2.
