Description

§1. Le présent marché est un marché de services d’assurances qui tombent sous les codes CPV 66510000-8 et suivants. §2. Le marché consiste dans le renouvellement des polices d’assurance des pouvoirs adjudicateurs adhérents à une centrale d’achats centralisés organisée par l’ASBL ANBCT, chargée de la passation du marché (art 47 de la loi du 17 juin 2016). Il vise à conclure un accord-cadre avec un seul opérateur économique par lot, sans remise en concurrence, conformément à l’article 43 §1 à 4 inclus de la loi du 17 juin 2016. Après passation du marché, le Pouvoir Adjudicateur et les PAB seront, chacun à titre individuel, responsables de l’exécution des marchés subséquents (commandes passées). En conséquence, ils passeront commande selon leurs besoins respectifs, pendant toute la durée de validité du marché. Via le présent accord-cadre, le Pouvoir Adjudicateur souhaite réaliser un appel d’offres destiné exclusivement à des compagnies d’assurance agrées par le FSMA en vue de renouveler diverses polices d’assurances pour lui-même ainsi que pour d’autres associations non-marchandes de son secteur d’activités professionnelles (soumises à la loi sur les marchés publics). Les conditions du marché prévoient une facturation et un paiement distincts pour chaque entité partie au présent accord-cadre. Lieux de prestations : aux sièges du Pouvoir Adjudicateur et des PAB membres de la Centrale d’achats, tous situés en régions bruxelloise, flamande et wallonne. §3. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l’attribution des lots suivants : LOT 1. Assurance Incendie et pertes d’exploitation LOT 2. Assurance Tous risques informatiques LOT 3. Assurance Bris de machines LOT 4. Assurance Responsabilité Civile Générale LOT 5. Assurance RC des Administrateurs LOT 6. Assurance RC Objective LOT 7. Assurance Accidents du travail LOT 8. Assurance Autos LOT 9. Assurance Omnium Mission Les soumissionnaires ont la possibilité de rentrer une offre pour un, plusieurs ou la totalité des lots. En cas d'offre pour plusieurs lots, les soumissionnaires pourront répondre sur un document d’offre unique.
