Le présent marché est un marché conjoint de service pour les assurances de tous types pour l'ensemble des services de la VILLE, du CPAS et de la Régie communale autonome d'Hannut (RCA). Le marché prend cours le 1er janvier 2027 par la notification à l’adjudicataire de l’approbation de son offre. Le marché est d’une durée d’un an à partir du 1er janvier 2027 renouvelable par tacite reconduction pour trois périodes d'un an sauf préavis de trois mois donné par l'une ou l'autre des parties avant le 1er octobre de chaque année et se terminant au plus tard le 31 décembre 2030. Le soumissionnaire s’engage à appliquer également toutes les conditions du présent cahier spécial des charges à tous les nouveaux services de la VILLE ou du CPAS ou de la RCA qui en feraient la demande.
