Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of small medical equipment, meaning commonly used medical supplies of small size ordered recurrently during the term of the agreement for care, protection, hygiene and prevention purposes. This explicitly excludes heavy, electromechanical medical equipment or equipment requiring specific installation. The scope includes in particular personal protective equipment for medical use, such as gloves, masks, gowns and shoe covers, together with medical consumables, routine care articles and low unit value medical and paramedical accessories. Supplies are ordered via purchase orders issued according to the buyer's needs. The contract runs for an initial two year period and may be tacitly renewed for two successive twelve month periods, up to a maximum of four years. Special focus: supply of gloves.
