Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance et l’évolution de la plateforme « EasyVista » en production au Forem, utilisée comme outil de base du ServiceDesk interne du DSI pour le support aux utilisateurs ainsi que pour l’inventaire informatique. Cet outil EasyVista prend notamment en charge la gestion des nouveaux engagés et des départs, la gestion des demandes standardisées, la gestion des pannes informatiques, et l’inventaire du matériel informatique.
