Opis
Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance et l’évolution de la plateforme « EasyVista » en production au Forem, utilisée comme outil de base du ServiceDesk interne du DSI pour le support aux utilisateurs ainsi que pour l’inventaire informatique. Cet outil EasyVista prend notamment en charge la gestion des nouveaux engagés et des départs, la gestion des demandes standardisées, la gestion des pannes informatiques, et l’inventaire du matériel informatique. Ce marché comprend donc le renouvellement des licences de produits EasyVista installées, les prestations de formation structurantes aux produits EasyVista afin d’augmenter l’appropriation en interne du DSI et d’améliorer les services envers les utilisateurs, ainsi que des prestations d’assistance à l’exploitation, d’aide à la conception et à la réalisation de processus, et enfin des formations « à la carte ».
