Description

Deze overheidsopdracht betreft het leveren van langdurige zuurstoftherapie aan patiënten binnen de zuurstofconventie. Meer bepaald het leveren en installeren van het toestel, medische zuurstof en toebehoren bij de patiënten thuis, alsook het onderhoud, opvolgen en begeleiden van de patiënten, indien van toepassing en volgens de richtlijnen van de conventie. Meer specifiek betreft het de levering en installatie van: - Zuurstoftherapie met vaste zuurstofconcentrator - Zuurstoftherapie met een vaste zuurstofconcentrator en vulcompressor - Zuurstoftherapie met een vaste en draagbare zuurstofconcentrator - Zuurstoftherapie met een draagbare zuurstofconcentrator - Zuurstoftherapie met vloeibare zuurstof De opdrachtnemer voorziet eveneens in een digitaal opvolgplatform. Het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg werkt op heden met Pneumonline te campus Sint-Jan. Te ZOL Maas en Kempen is tot heden geen digitaal opvolgsysteem van toepassing. Er is geen verplichte overdracht van bestaande patiënten naar de gegunde opdrachtnemer(s). Bestaande patiënten blijven verder begeleid door hun huidige zorgverstrekker. De in de opdrachtdocumenten opgenomen verdeelsleutel is uitsluitend van toepassing op nieuwe patiënten die vanaf de start van de raamovereenkomst worden opgestart. De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich evenwel het recht voor om in individuele dossiers anders te beslissen indien dit in het belang van de continuïteit van de zorg of de goede uitvoering van de opdracht noodzakelijk wordt geacht.
