Deze opdracht betreft het duurzaam beheer en onderhoud van groen op de terreinen ZAS ( Ziekenhuis aan de stroom) Waaronder: - Het Pesticidenvrij bestrijden van onkruid op open en halfopen verhardingen. - Maaien van grasperken. - Snoeien van bomen, hagen, sierheesters en struikgewassen. - Verwijderen van zwerfvuil en ledigen van vuilnisbakken op parkings en in de buitenomgeving; - Onderhoud van groen- en zoemdaken. -De algemene gezondheidsinspectie en toestandbeoordeling van bomen. De opdracht is opgedeeld in drie (3) percelen: Perceel 1 - Algemeen groenonderhoud, zwerfvuil en vuilnisbakken ( Raming -1.300.000 excl. btw.) Perceel 2 - Onderhoud van groendaken en zoemdaken (Raming -60.000 excl. btw.) Perceel 3 - Boomcontrole (Raming -30.000 excl. btw.) De inschrijver kan intekenen op één, meerdere of alle percelen. Dit perceel omvat het duurzaam en pesticidenvrij bestrijden van onkruid op open en halfopen verhardingen alsook het maaien van gras, snoeien van bomen en struikgewassen het verwijderen van zwerfvuil en ledigen van vuilnisbakken in parkings en buitenomgeving; Dit perceel omvat het duurzaam en pesticidevrij onderhouden van groen- en zoemdaken; Dit perceel omvat de algemene gezondheidsinspectie en toestand van de bomen
