Deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp de aankoop, levering, installatie, implementatie, configuratie en indienststelling van glucosemeters, inclusief bijhorende teststrips, controlevloeistoffen, verbruiksmaterialen en de noodzakelijke software- en connectiviteitsoplossingen. De opdracht wordt afgesloten voor een initiële looptijd van zeven (7) jaar, met de mogelijkheid voor ZAS om de overeenkomst éénmalig te verlengen met een periode van drie (3) jaar. De glucosemeters zullen worden ingezet op diverse campussen en afdelingen binnen ZAS, waaronder verpleegafdelingen, spoeddiensten, intensieve zorgen, operatiekwartieren, daghospitalisaties en andere klinische zorgomgevingen. Gezien het grootschalige en multidisciplinaire gebruik is een hoge mate van gebruiksvriendelijkheid essentieel. De toestellen moeten intuïtief bedienbaar zijn voor een brede gebruikersgroep met uiteenlopende ervaringsniveaus, zodat een veilige, efficiënte en uniforme werking binnen de volledige organisatie wordt gegarandeerd. Bij de beoordeling van de aangeboden oplossing wordt bijzondere aandacht besteed aan de beschikbaarheid van een volledig Nederlandstalige gebruikersinterface, Nederlandstalige handleidingen en opleidingsmaterialen. Dit moet bijdragen tot een vlotte ingebruikname, een beperking van gebruikersfouten en een optimale acceptatie binnen de klinische praktijk. Het doel van deze opdracht is de selectie van een gebruiksvriendelijke, betrouwbare en geïntegreerde glucosemeetoplossing die de patiëntveiligheid ondersteunt, de werkprocessen optimaliseert en een uniforme werking over alle ZAS-afdelingen heen mogelijk maakt.
