Description
Onderhavige opdracht is een opdracht voor leveringen en heeft als voorwerp het leveren van een Document Management System (DMS) voor het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg. Wij wensen een toekomstgericht en gebruiksvriendelijk Document Management Systeem (DMS) te implementeren dat dient als centrale bron voor alle as-built informatie inclusief tekeningen, modellen, handleidingen, technische fiches, service-instructies ten behoeve van onze technische diensten en facility managers. Het is een opdracht voor leveringen zoals bedoeld in art. 2, 20° van de Wet Overheidsopdrachten. Er zal worden gewerkt met één offerte voor de aankoop van het DMS. De opdracht is niet onderverdeeld in percelen.
