Het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg wenst het elektrisch aansluitvermogen van de campus Sint-Jan uit te breiden. De huidige campus beschikt over een elektrisch vermogen van 5 MVA via een interne hoogspanningslus. Door uitbreiding (ca. 60.000 m²) en in het kader van de energieshift (uitfaseren gas als energiebron) is een hoger aansluitvermogen vereist. Er werd een ontwerp opgemaakt om met twee feeders van elk 10 MVA aan te sluiten op het onderstation van Langerlo (Genk). Om de continuïteit te verzekeren bij uitval/onderhoud van één feeder zullen vier noodaggregaten van elk 2,5 MVA het vermogen opvangen. De bestaande hoogspanningslus dient te worden omgelegd naar het nieuwe kopstation De opdracht betreft de levering en bijhorende diensten zoals engineering, testen, inbedrijfstelling, opleiding en onderhoud van technieken voor de volledige inrichting van een nieuw hoogspannings kopstation, waaronder (niet limitatief): - hoogspanningsinstallaties (schakelapparatuur, beveiliging, meet en beveiligingsrelais, …); - laagspanningsinstallaties; - noodstroomvoorziening via aggregaten (incl. noodzakelijke koppelingen/omschakeling); - besturing/automatisatie en data /communicatievoorzieningen; - verlichting; - hoogspanningsbekabeling naar bestaande cabines en koppelingen met bestaande infrastructuur; - Inkoppelen bestaande masterpacts op het stuursysteem van het nieuwe kopstation - testen, inbedrijfstelling, opleiding van het exploitatiepersoneel; - documentatie en as-built dossiers; - eventuele initiële onderhouds- en serviceverplichtingen; - nachtwerk. Een tweede luik van de opdracht is het uitvoeren van een onderhouds-/servicecontract gedurende de levensduur van de installatie. Tevens minimaal één functionele test per jaar van de besturingen van dit kopstation. De gedetailleerde technische beschrijving wordt in de gunningsfase opgenomen in de gunningsleidraad en technische bepalingen.
