Description

De opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer waarbij alle voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van deze opdracht worden vastgelegd. Het doel van de raamovereenkomst is de levering van traumamaterialen en ter beschikking stellen van specifieke instrumenten door de opdrachtnemer op afroep van de aanbesteder gedurende de looptijd van 48 maanden voor wat betreft de basisopdracht. De implantaten dienen op voorraad te zijn bij de aanbesteder volgens het consignatieprincipe en de opdrachtnemer dient op basis van ter beschikking stelling voldoende aantallen van de specifieke instrumenten te voorzien zodat dagelijkse trauma ingrepen zonder vertraging kunnen plaatsvinden.
