Description

Het klinisch laboratorium van VITAZ vzw wenst via deze overheidsopdracht de huidige bloedgasapparatuur die zich op de verschillende campi bevindt, te vernieuwen met het oog op het waarborgen van snelle en accurate bloedgasanalyses. Het voorwerp van deze opdracht omvat de bloedgasanalyses bestaand uit het gebruik van de apparatuur (inclusief levering, installatie, programmatie m.b.t. IT, inbedrijfstelling met alle hiervoor vereiste reagentia en consumables, omnium "alles-in" service, onderhoud en kwaliteitscontrolematerialen gedurende de periode dat de apparatiuur in gebruik is bij de aanbesteder) en de leveringen van de verbruiksmaterialen op basis van een raamovereenkomst met een initiële looptijd van 4 jaar, 2 keer verlengbaar met telkens een periode van 2 jaar. Met betrekking tot de toepassing van de analyses beoogt het laboratorium een compact cassettesysteem met reagentia. Met betrekking tot een centraal beheer van alle toestellen vanuit het klinisch laboratorium (remote werking met o.a. toezicht op status toestellen) maken ook de benodigde middleware en IT koppelingen (bidirectionele LIS koppeling (het LIS in Vitaz is GLIMS (clinisys)) en de implementatie ervan deel uit van de opdracht. De middleware maakt het mogelijk om de verschillende toestellen centraal te beheren vanuit het klinisch laboratorium (remote werking met o.a. toezicht op status toestellen, besturing remote). De reagentia van de bloedgastoestellen worden compact aangeboden in een cassettesysteem. Wat betreft de ter beschikking te stellen apparatuur wenst de aanbesteder een geschikt aantal toestellen voor het uitvoeren van +/- 40.000 analyses per jaar, met een minimum van 9 toestellen. Bloedgasanalyses moeten minimaal kunnen uitgevoerd worden op humaan arterieel bloed / veneus bloed (aangeboden via bloedgasspuit aan het toestel) en capillair bloed (afgeboden via capillair aan het toestel). De minimaal vereiste parameters op de bloedgastoestellen zijn: Gemeten: pH, pCO2, pO2, hemoglobine en COOX (tHb, fracties O2Hb, MetHb, COHb), kalium, natrium, chloride, lactaat, geïoniseerd Ca2+, chloride, glucose, bicarbonaat. Temperatuurcorrectie van pH, pCO2, pO2 bloedgasresultaten dient mogelijk te zijn. Alle toestellen, reagentia en parameters voldoen aan de vereisten van FAGG en hebben het CE-IVD label. Het afnamemateriaal (afnamespuiten en afnamecapillairen) maken geen expliciet onderdeel uit van deze opdracht.
