Description

Het klinisch laboratorium van VITAZ vzw wenst via deze overheidsopdracht de huidige "POC PCR analyzer" te vernieuwen en beoogt een geautomatiseerd en geïntegreerd systeem voor staalvoorbereiding, nucleïnezuurextractie, amplificatie en gelijktijdige detectie van target sequenties via real-time PCR. De aankoop van de apparatuur omvat inclusief levering, installatie, ingebruikname, validatie en opleiding ten behoeve van de operatoren. Naast de aankoop van de apparatuur behelst de opdracht het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de afname van de toestel gebonden verbruiksmaterialen en reagentia gedurende de geschatte levensduur van 8 à 10 jaar. Er wordt geopteerd voor een looptijd van 4 jaar die 2 keer stilzwijgend kan verlengd worden met telkens 2 jaar. Minimaal de volgende pathogenen dienen via multiplex assays op het aangeboden toestel te kunnen worden uitgevoerd en dit minstens op nasofaryngeale wissers of aspiraten: - influenza A/B - RSV - Sars-CoV-2 - Mycoplasma pneumoniae - para-influenzavirus - humaan metapneumovirus - adenovirus De aanbesteder wenst met betrekking tot de apparatuur na de garantieperiode een omnium “alles-in” service- en onderhoudscontract af te sluiten, verlengbaar gedurende de termijn dat de apparatuur in gebruik is bij de aanbesteder. Voor de verdere bepalingen wordt verwezen naar het Bestek dat deel uitmaakt van de offertevraag die zal uitgestuurd worden naar de geselecteerde inschrijvers.
