Voorwerp van deze leveringen: Isolator voor cytotoxische en monoclonale bereidingen voor de ziekenhuisapotheek van AZ Jan Portaels. Leveren, installeren, indienststelling (IQ/OQ/PQ) van isolator inclusief alle vereiste werken, dienstverlening en keuring. Toelichting: Het nieuwe ziekenhuis van AZ Jan Portaels is momenteel in volle opbouw, de oplevering en intrek wordt voorzien in 2027 (Range: 15/1/27 - 30/6/27). . De aanbieders in dit lastenboek houden rekening met levering en installatie in het nieuwe ziekenhuis op de Salyx-site, een voormalig industrieterrein aan de achterzijde van het station in Vilvoorde. Minstens onderstaande elementen zijn inbegrepen in deze opdracht (niet-limitatief): - intekening van de toestellen - levering en installatie van de toestellen - aansluiting en keuring van de toestellen - toestelgebonden aanpassingswerken - documentatie en opleiding - service en onderhoud Basis informatie over de gewenste Isolator, de gedetailleerde info volgt in 2de fase: -Volledig PIC/S & GMP conform -Monopost met 2 handschoenen -Energie efficiënt (HVAC, belichting, ...) -Binnenkant van de isolator volledig uit 316L roestvrij staal -Veiligheidsglas, geen plexi -RTP systeem voor veilige containers -Ingaand sas - werkruimte - uitgaand sas -5-6 bereidingen in ingaand sas, max 20 minuten decontaminatietijd gegarandeerd -3-4 bereidingen uitgaand sas, max 15 minuten decontaminatietijd gegarandeerd - Elke sas heeft een onafhankelijke VHP, H2O2 generator -H2O2 en andere consumables zijn vrij afneembaar, niet verplicht afnemen bij de deelnemer. -Autonomie is belangrijk: vb: gebruiker moet zelf positieve, negatieve druk kunnen instellen via parameters zonder tussenkomst technieker Inhoud H2O2 flessen kan zonder weegschaal gemonitored worden om continue kalibraties te vermijden -Unidirectionele luchtflow -Luchtschachten achteraan -Geschikt voor 12.500 - 15.000 bereidingen per jaar bij actieve werking -Verstelbaarvoor ergonomische werking vanwege langdurige bereidingen, voldoende beenruimte en voetsteun zijn hier ook van toepassing -Drugcam -Geïntegreerde touchscreen: touchscreen geïntegreerd in de opstelling maar buiten de isolator (geen contact met waterstofperoxide) -Deelnemer zal luchtdichte aansluiting/koppeling (extern, vb: via sonde, sampling port) voorzien voor deeltjesteller type PMT APC Mini - Model : Dual Flow 28.3 & 100LPM - A240 voor continue montioring, real-time ISO 5 controle. -Deelnemer zal luchtdichte aansluiting/ koppeling (extern, vb: via sonde, sampling port) voorzien voor airsampler type PMT BAS Pro -auditrail -Intercom -Snelle interventies mogelijk: interventie binnen de 4 uur minuten ter plekke is mogelijk -Kritische onderdelen en nood reserve H2HO op stock en beschikbaar bij interventie binnen de 4 uur
