The city of Beringen (Belgium) intends to conclude a framework agreement for insurance policies starting on 01/01/2027. The contracting parties are the city itself, the OCMW, EVA VZW CC Beringen and Villa Barrie VZW, together known as the Local Authority of Beringen. The insurance contracts cover work accidents, liability including bodily accidents and combined policies, property and vehicles. This includes coverage under the 1967 law for workers, staff, paramedical personnel and volunteers, civil liability with legal aid, directors' liability, a school policy, fire policies for various sites, all-risk electronics cover, art and valuables insurance, fleet and omnium cover, and medical cost reimbursement.
