Deze overeenkomst beoogt het aanstellen van een leasemaatschappij die fietslease en bijkomende all-in dienstverlening (onderhoud, verzekering, herstelling, operationeel beheer) aanbiedt aan alle personeelsleden van stad en OCMW Beringen, de 2 stedelijke basisscholen en de Academie en die voldoen aan de toekenningsvoorwaarden van de fietspolicy. Op dit moment lopen nog 144 leasecontracten uit huidige raamovereenkomst die afloopt op 31 december 2026. De lopende leasecontracten zullen als volgt aflopen: 7 in 2026, 39 in 2027, 50 in 2028 en 48 in 2029. Nieuw vanaf 2027 is dat de personeelsleden van de scholen SBS Koersel en SBS Korspel en van de Academie voor Muziek, Woord en Dans ook zullen kunnen deelnemen. Binnen de verschillende entiteiten komt volgend aantal werknemers in aanmerking voor fietslease: - Stad Beringen: 354 - OCMW Beringen: 107 - SBS Koersel: 55 - SBS Korspel: 21 - Stedelijke Academie (SAMWD): 70 De werkelijke hoeveelheden zullen bepaald worden door de individuele keuze van de betrokken personeelsleden. De bedoeling is dat de personeelsleden een vrije keuze hebben uit het type fiets en dat ze bovendien keuze hebben uit een leasetermijn van 36 maanden of van 48 maanden. Binnen stad en OCMW zal fietsleasing verrekend worden met de eindejaarstoelage. Het moet mogelijk zijn om op het einde van de leaseperiode de fiets individueel over te nemen tegen een overeengekomen restwaarde. De inventaris die wordt opgevraagd, heeft louter tot doel een inzicht te krijgen van de prijsopbouw: aangeboden leaseprijs, pechbijstand-, verzekering-, onderhouds- en administratiekosten, overnamebedrag, enz. De inventaris bevat de meest courante types van fietsen, is niet-limitatief en dient enkel om een duidelijke vergelijking te kunnen maken bij de beoordeling van de offertes.
