Description

De Aanbestedende Overheid wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor extern transport uitgevoerd door een externe transportfirma. De opdracht omvat het vervoer van o.a.:  medische instrumenten, steriele sets  diagnostische stalen en laboratoriummaterialen  medicatie  voeding en gekoelde goederen Dit transport moet voldoen aan strikte voorwaarden inzake veiligheid, hygiëne, temperatuurcontrole, traceerbaarheid en discretie. De opdracht omhelst ritten tussen de campi van de Aanbestedende Overheid, naar andere ziekenhuizen in België of een occasionele rit naar het buitenland. De ritten hebben enerzijds een dringend karakter waarbij een hoge mate van flexibiliteit en responstijd (< 30’- 24u/7d) wordt verwacht en anderzijds een niet-dringend karakter (24u/7d) Voorts zijn er ritten met een vast karakter waarbij vaste transportschema’s worden gehanteerd en er zijn ritten met een relatief vast karakter waarbij afgeweken kan worden van een transportschema en/of locatie. De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende percelen: - Perceel 1: Ritten op afroep met dringend en niet-dringend karakter - Perceel 2: Ritten met relatief vast karakter - Perceel 3: Ritten voeding met frigo met vast karakter - Perceel 4: Ritten met vrachtwagen met vast karakter De opdracht zal in detail omschreven worden in de tweede fase van de plaatsingsprocedure, zijnde de gunningsfase.
